1. PLATFORM & OPERATOR

Emarat Matrix (emaratmatrix.com) is operated exclusively by Prentis Tech. It is an independent B2B industrial directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UAE Government, KSA Government, any ministry, municipality, or state-owned enterprise. All company names, logos, and trademarks listed are the property of their respective trade license holders.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Suppliers must hold a valid UAE Trade License or KSA Commercial Registration (CR) and be the legitimate manufacturer or authorised representative. Buyers must provide accurate identity and company information. Misrepresentation of credentials may result in immediate suspension.

3. VERIFICATION

A supplier's listing status ("Verified" badge, tier, and visibility) is granted only after Prentis Tech verifies the submitted license. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any supplier, product, or bid.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, CREDITS & INVOICING

Supplier tiers (Free Directory, Premium, Matrix), founding passes, and RFQ credit bundles are offered as paid services. All invoices are issued by and payable to Prentis Tech. Subscription durations and credit balances are managed through your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at Prentis Tech's discretion. Credits are consumed per bid submitted on the RFQ board and have no cash value.

5. RFQs, INQUIRIES & BIDS

Buyers may post RFQs and send inquiries for legitimate sourcing purposes only. Supplier bids represent real, deliverable offers. Either party is responsible for the commercial terms of any transaction arranged through the platform. Emarat Matrix is a venue only and is not a party to any resulting contract.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent license or company information.
• Posting RFQs or bids for purposes other than genuine industrial sourcing.
• Attempting to bypass subscription or credit requirements, or to manipulate search ranking or tier status.
• Scraping, reselling, or misusing supplier or buyer data.
• Any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity on the platform.

7. CONTENT & LISTINGS

Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their profiles, products, images, datasheets, and bids. You grant Emarat Matrix a non-exclusive licence to display submitted content for the purpose of operating the marketplace. We may remove or edit content that breaches these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

8. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prentis Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any transaction or relationship formed between buyers and suppliers through the platform.

9. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, fraud, or to protect the platform. Upon suspension, paid tiers and credits may be forfeited without refund.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms and our privacy policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
