1. WHO WE ARE

Emarat Matrix (emaratmatrix.com) is a private digital platform owned, developed, and operated exclusively by Prentis Tech. Emarat Matrix is an independent B2B industrial directory and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UAE Government, KSA Government, any federal ministry, municipality, or state-owned enterprise. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Buyers: name, company, corporate email, phone/WhatsApp, country/port, and the details of any RFQ or product inquiry you submit, including uploaded files.
• Suppliers: company legal name, UAE Trade License / KSA Commercial Registration (CR) number, licensing authority, emirate/region, industrial zone, contact details, logo and banner assets, and product/RFQ bid information.
• Account & usage: authentication data and platform activity logs.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to verify suppliers, operate the marketplace, connect buyers with suppliers, process inquiries and RFQs, manage subscriptions and credit balances, issue invoices under Prentis Tech, deliver administrative notifications, and prevent fraud or misuse. Buyer contact details are only revealed to suppliers with active Premium or Matrix access and are never sold to third parties.

4. VERIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

To maintain a verified directory, suppliers must provide a valid UAE Trade License or KSA CR number. We may verify these credentials with the relevant licensing authority before activating a profile. Suppliers are responsible for keeping their license and contact information accurate and current.

5. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We share buyer contact details with the specific supplier(s) you choose to contact or whose RFQ bid you accept. We do not otherwise sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the platform.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@prentis.tech. Where applicable under local law, you may also exercise rights to portability and objection.

8. SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
